On April 25, 2009, President Lincoln’s Cottage held its first ever Photography Day, giving participants the rare chance to photograph the Cottage interior and a vista overlooking downtown Washington. Cottage staff selected 10 finalists from 49 entries. Entries were kept anonymous for staff voting only.

This is a wonderful black and white photo.
I have not visited Lincoln’s cottage, and enjoyed seeing the photos.
All the pictures are breathtaking in their own right. I really like the picture of the statues of Lincoln with his horse. Both are surreal.
